The Perceptive Leadership Services Story
The Perceptive Leadership Services team shares a professional synergy grounded in the values of integrity, innovation and leadership.
Founded by Jennifer in 2002 as Princeton Leadership Services, we have evolved to include strategic collaborations from all areas of higher education, as well as manufacturing, financial services, non-profits, government agencies, and healthcare organizations.
Our first expansion came when Mike joined the team in March 2015 and brought intercollegiate athletics consulting, and his vision for the Athlete Viewpoint™ survey to our client offerings.
As we've continued to grow, team members Siri, John, Dave, and Eva have added immeasurable value in their areas of specialty, as well as strategic planning, leadership, assessment, data analytics, change management and organizational development. Read more about each of us below.
